Sat in a Field is a not for profit event, with the money we raise going to charity. Since the festival start we have raised over £20,000 for our chosen charities. This year we have chosen four charities, The Children's Hospice South West,Myeloma UK, Nikita Jade Disability Fund and Somewhere House

Children's Hospice South West

Helps to build precious memories for families whose children are living with life-limiting or life threatening conditions. They rely on the generosity and efforts of people like you to help them to deliver their promise to 'make the most of short and precious lives across the South West'.

They do everything they can to help make the most of every moment a very sick child has with them and with their family.

Myeloma UK

Myeloma UK

Myeloma, also known as multiple myeloma, is a type of cancer arising from plasma cells which are found in the bone marrow. Myeloma UK is the only organisation in the UK dealing exclusively with myeloma.

Their broad and innovative range of services cover every aspect of myeloma, from information and support to improving standards of treatment and care through research, education, campaigning and raising awareness

Nikita Jade Disability Fund

Nikita Jade Disability Fund

The Nikita Jade Disability Fund (NJDF) is a charitable fund set up to help raise money for a young disabled girl called, Nikita. Nikita needs specialist equipment and treatments, and these cost money

Nikita has Dystonic Quadreplegia Cerebral Palsy, Microchephaly and Global Developmental Delay. Nikita is unable to walk, talk or communicate clearly. The Nikita Jade Disability Fund (NJDF) was set up to help raise money for Nikita as she needs specialist equipment and various treatment.

Somewhere House

Somewhere House

Somewhere House is a residential rehabilitation center for those seeking help with their addiction, they are monitored by the CQC for quality of care. They provide treatment and support for individuals who wish to make changes in their lives.

Giving the individual the opportunity to look at all aspects of themselves on a holistic level, drawing on their physical, emotional and spiritual knowledge of themselves, within their therapeutic community.
